    Baynote’s data collection observes subtle visitor micro-behaviors, such as mouse movements, page scrolling, text highlighting, and not-so-subtle behaviors, such as click-path, conversions, dwell time, search terms used in external and onsite search engines, terms in website links that customers click on and more. Traditional solutions ignore many of the subtle behaviors because of the enormous volumes of data involved and because users of such solutions would not be able to derive meaning from the data. UseRank, on the other hand, automatically aggregates these raw behaviors into 24 patented heuristics, which aids the solution to determine customers’ current intent and content engagement.
