Insights – Testing
Insights offers a suite of testing tools aimed at quantifying the value of Baynote Social Search and Recommendations on a website. No matter what the lift objective—increased page views and time on site, higher average order value, improved search click-through and conversion, or increased conversion to custom "business targets"—Insights provides a mechanism to test and measure the benefit that Baynote is providing above and beyond the preexisting website. Two broad testing models are included to meet a variety testing needs: Split Testing and Ongoing Testing.
