Visualize your community of website visitors.
Usage Reports deliver statistics on how Baynote Recommendations and Social Search are being used by the visitor community, as well as what content and searches are proving the most valuable to users. They also provide interactive views into the implicit associations the community is creating between and among documents/products and terms.
- Content Value: See which documents and/or products are most useful to your visitors and how that usefulness is trending. Explore how the community is implicitly describing and relating content on your site through the Community Terms & Related Documents viewer.
- Content Gaps: Find out what topics and content the community is looking for but unable to find. Add new content to your site or give the community a helping hand using the Management/Merchandising interface and watch those gaps disappear.
- Search Activity: See the popularity and success rate of Baynote-enhanced searches on your site broken down by search query. For each query, see the click-through rate and the more stringent usage-based success rate along with the content/related terms the community has associated with the query.
- Search Improvement: Quantify how much value Social Search is bringing to your visitor community beyond the pre-existing full-text search engine. For each query and subsequent useful piece of content found by a visitor, compare the search result ranking of that content with and without Social Search. Baynote brings the most useful content to the top.
- Recommendation Activity: Find out how well Recommendations are performing. This report provides information on the how often Recommendations are being clicked as well as how often that click leads to a useful experience, broken down by each of the Recommendation types deployed on your site.
- Visitor Activity: See how many unique visitors came to your site each day, along with what percentage made use of Social Search and/or Recommendations. By viewing a picture of overall site activity and trending, this will help to fine-tune placement of Recommendations and the Social Search box on your site.
