How It Went
What could be better than a 75 degree, sunny day in downtown Chicago? That’s what we experienced at SHOP.org 2013. Not only was the weather cooperative, but the show floor was hopping and the sessions were full to capacity. Here were just some of the sessions we attended:
The best thing about the show for us were all of the interesting conversations we had with retailers large and small in our booth and throughout the conference. Personalization was a major theme this year, and Baynote is perfectly positioned to be the vendor of choice for this strategic technology.
